Paa Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur (dem born am as William Edmund Davidson Amissah-Arthur)[1] (29 April 1951 – 29 June 2018) bi Ghanaian economist, academic den politician who bi de fifth Vice-President of Ghana insyd 4th Republic, for office from 6 August 2012 until 7 January 2017, under President John Dramani Mahama. Previously, na he bi Governor for de Bank of Ghana from 2009 to 2012.

President John Dramani Mahama nominate am to be de vice-president a week after dem swear Mahama am in.[2] Dis bi when sudden death of John Atta Mills on 24 July 2012.[3] He become vice-president on 6 August 2012, as he dey follow vetting by de Parliament of Ghana.[4]
